Abstract

The Procurement of Goods and Services Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Islands plays a vital role in the procurement processes within the regional government. However, based on observations, several civil servants (ASN) within the bureau still face limitations in operating Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in using this software is essential, as their duties often require speed, accuracy, and precision in performing calculations. Therefore, training in the use of Microsoft Office has become an urgent necessity to enhance the competence of civil servants and support the efficiency of their daily work.
